Job summary

UCLA Health seeks board-certified or board-eligible physicians for outpatient primary care opportunities across Conejo Valley, including Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, and Calabasas. You will join a renowned health system with Epic EHR and access to a broad network of UCLA Health specialists.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $275,000–$430,000 with total annual compensation potentially $305,000–$700,000, plus comprehensive benefits and productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds.
• Experience in outpatient primary care.
• Ability to serve diverse patient populations across West Los Angeles communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based outpatient primary care across Conejo Valley.
• Collaborate with UCLA Health specialists and utilize the Epic EHR for coordinated care.

Compensation & Benefits

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $275,000–$430,000 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director. Anticipated total annual compensation, inclusive of these additional earnings, is approximately $305,000–$700,000.
