Job summary

UCLA Health seeks board-certified/board-eligible physicians in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds for opportunities across the Conejo Valley region. Build a rewarding primary care practice with the support of UCLA Health’s clinical resources, Epic EHR, and a diverse patient population in West Los Angeles.

Openings include Staff Physician and Clinician Educator roles with compensation ranging from base salary to additional income opportunities, reflecting qualifications and practice

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics.
• Unrestricted California medical license or license eligible.
• MD or DO.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care in a community-based setting with access to UCLA Health’s extensive network of specialists and resources.
• Practice within West Los Angeles communities with diverse patient populations.
• Utilize Epic electronic health record for documentation and care coordination.
• Contribute to education and coverage as a Staff Physician or Clinician Educator based on qualifications and interests.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The target salary range for this position is $275,000–$430,000 annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additional income channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director. Anticipated total annual compensation, inclusive of these additional earnings, is approximately $305,000–$700,000.
