Capital Health Medical Center is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to patients within a collaborative healthcare team.

The role requires strong diagnostic, assessment, and communication skills and eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky. Schedule includes 40 hours per week, with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MD or DO degree and US board certification or eligibility in internal medicine or family medicine.

Responsabilités

• Examine and diagnose patients, order tests, and prescribe medications.
• Develop and manage treatment plans including preventive care.
• Educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and treatments.
• Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Coordinate with other providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Keep accurate patient records and complete documentation for billing and claims.
• Participate in on-call schedule as required.
