Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state seeks a licensed MD/DO to provide primary medical care as part of a collaborative care team. You will prescribe medications within Washington authority and participate in preventive health programs including immunizations.

The physician will document thoroughly, work with the Medical Director, and contribute to improving patient care experiences. Residency, board certification, and DEA license are required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed MD or DO with current license to practice in Washington state.
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency.
• Board certification in the appropriate specialty or actively pursuing certification.
• Current DEA registration.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care to Sea Mar patients as part of a care team.
• Refer patients to specialists when needed and manage prescriptive medications.
• Prescribe and dispense medications under Washington State Board authority.
• Participate in preventive health programs, immunizations, disease screening and community education.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of medical records and team-based documentation.
