Qualifications

• Licensed MD or DO with medical license.

• ACGME or AOA residency completed; board certification or pursuing.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Uphold all current vaccine requirements for employment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Previous community health experience preferred.
