You’ll deliver patient-centered care with access to Epic EMR and extensive system resources.

Qualifications include Wisconsin Medical Licensure and Board Certification or Board Eligibility (with certification within 2 years if eligible).

Qualifications

• Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible; if Board Eligible must obtain certification within 2 years of employment.
• Preferred training in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine
