Location: ChristianaCare Primary Care at Concord Health Center - 161 Wilmington West Chester Pike, Chadds Ford, PA 19317

ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (Including Pediatrics) to join our growing practice in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. DE and PA licensed physicians are encouraged to apply!

Position Highlights:

• Team: Be the newest addition to a growing team compromised of 7 talented individuals
• Patient Demographics:All ages, from healthy individuals to those with multiple chronic conditions.
• Patient Panel:Primary Care with a focus on accepting new patients, averaging 14-20 visits per day depending on appointment duration (20 or 40 minutes).
• Virtual Flexibility:Opportunity for one virtual day per week.
• Call Schedule:Shared call schedule with two other practices, usually on call 1 weekend every other month and 1-2 weekdays every month.
• Additional Compensation:Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.
• Onsite services:The campus offers a one stop shop for many healthcare needs. Includes Women’s Health, Sports Medicine, Lab Services, Blood Bank, Imaging, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Reproductive Health, Cancer Center, Neurology, and Endocrinology services onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and managing overall patient health.
• Provide preventive health screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling to prevent diseases.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records for all patients.
• Educating patients about their health conditions and treatment options, promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
