Job summary

CareMore Health in Downey, CA seeks an experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care in an outpatient clinic setting.

You will manage chronic and acute medical conditions with an emphasis on preventive care and quality outcomes, including STARs and HEDIS. You will coordinate care with clinical staff, collaborate with leadership, and mentor NPs/PAs while maintaining a strong focus on patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a MD or DO.
• Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board certification. If board eligible, must become board certified within 12 months.
• DEA license required.
• Tuberculosis test completion is required.

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our outpatient clinic team. The physician will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population, while ensuring excellent patient satisfaction and adherence to quality performance metrics, including STARs and HEDIS measures.

The posted compensation range represents the national market average. Compensation for roles located in premium or high-cost geographic markets may fall above this range. This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
