Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Experience: less than 2 years; no supervisor experience.
• Supports collaborative practice with physician under established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Participates in professional development.
• Assesses and diagnoses patients and initiates treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and educate patients and families.
• Develops staff education programs as needed.
• Treats acute problems following established protocols in collaboration with a physician.
• Maintains safety and alertness as a required job function.
