Job summary

Dominion Health in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care team. This full-time role focuses on patients 17+ with preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health, in a collaborative, high-support setting with 3 physicians and 4 APPs.

We offer mentorship with clinical autonomy, a competitive salary plus productivity incentives, and benefits including health, PTO, 401(k), and CME. No nights or weekends in this role.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Texas license.
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient primary care for patients aged 17+.
• Full-time schedule with no nights or weekends.
