Dominion Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in San Antonio, Texas. We are a patient-centered private practice known for our collaborative team environment and longstanding commitment to high-quality primary care.

Join a robust team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs within a high-support, manageable-volume setting, with mentorship for new providers and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ year of primary care experience preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient primary care for patients aged 17+
• Full-time schedule with no nights or weekends
• Outpatient care focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women's health
• Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs in a high-support, manageable-volume setting
• Mentorship for new providers with clinical autonomy
