Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our national network. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week, no on-call, no weekends, and holidays off to support work-life balance.

You’ll provide patient-centered primary care, collaborate with a high-performing team, and lead medical staff while delivering evidence-based care to adults. Compensation includes base salary and quality incentives, with comprehensive benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• Certified NP or PA with active state license.
• National certification and unrestricted DEA license.
• At least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experience.
• Comfortable providing adult care and basic women’s health services.
• BLS certification required before start.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient histories and physical exams.
• Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears.
• Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans.
• Care for adult patients (no pediatrics).
• Interpret x-rays, lab results, and EKGs.
• Manage patient flow with Central Support team.
• Provide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staff.
• Consult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practice.
• Manage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based quality care.

Your Role

As a vital member of our Primary Care team, you’ll provide patient-centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high-performing, innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):

$122,200 - $194,660
