Job summary

Carbon Health in the United States is seeking a Board-certified Primary Care Physician to join a national network with a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off. You will provide patient-centered care within a collaborative team, handling adult patients and basic women’s health services.

The role emphasizes innovation, technology-driven care, leadership of medical staff, and opportunities in clinical research across select clinics.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
  • Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
  • Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
  • Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
  • Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
  • BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
  • Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
  • Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
  • Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
  • Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs
  • Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
  • Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
  • Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
  • Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes
