Hartford HealthCare invites physicians to join our primary care team in Wallingford, CT. This is 100% outpatient, office-based care with a full-time schedule and an optional 4-day work week.

Teaching is available with a faculty appointment, and a favorable call schedule with minimal weekend and weeknight duties. Offers include guaranteed base, uncapped incentive bonus, loan repayment support, sign-on, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible).
• BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% office-based outpatient primary care in Wallingford, CT.
• Full-time schedule with a 4-day work week option available.
• Optional teaching with faculty appointment.
• Phone-call duties include roughly 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight ~2 months.
