Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time Internal/Family Medicine physician to manage a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and preventive care. The role includes in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth visits, with ongoing learning in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams.

Effective communication, patient-centered care, and comfort with technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed or in-progress accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certification or eligibility with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
• CT state medical license required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
• Treat patients in-office or via testing centers and occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; participate in rounds.
• Perform in-office procedures within training; supervise NP/PA colleagues.
