Overview

Primary Care Physician needed to join Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Gunhill in the Bronx. The Gotham Health Community-Based Practices serve diverse families and individuals throughout New York City. Responsibilities

• Attend to an underserved patient population as part of the clinical team.
• Perform administrative, professional, and consulting duties as requested by the Medical Director.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
• Provide late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation.

Qualifications

• Active New York State unrestricted medical license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Wages and Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on a 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
• Estimated annual total compensation: $315,120 (board eligible) and $320,620 (board certified), including base salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
• Estimated compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours per week: $55,520.
• 401(k) Company Contribution: 3% immediately vested; after one year, an additional 7% contribution. No employee match required.
• Annual CME reimbursement; generous PTO (Vacation, Sick, Holiday, CME days).
