OUR P3 TEAM WILL:

• Help you understand your patients' risk and needs.
• Act as a liaison between you and the Health Plans - immediate help and direct support for you and your patients.
• Align funding for appropriate care.
• Grow the practice by attracting new patients.
• Utilize tools to manage clinical and financial resources.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree.
• Training or interest in geriatrics welcome, but not required.
• Current DEA license.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine.
• California licensed physician or eligible to obtain CA license.
