Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA, is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for a full-time, employed role. The position offers a base salary starting at $300,000+, with compensation dependent on experience and shift coverage requirements.

The role involves direct patient care in a well-established community hospital, working alongside physicians, advanced practitioners, and nursing staff. Expect 28-32 hours weekly with a mix of days/evenings and some overnights, plus a fast track area

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Massachusetts medical license required.

• Work cross-functionally with hospitalists and other specialties
• Up to quadruple provider coverage per day plus an additional staffed fast track area
• 28-30 hours/week
• Employed position with base salary starting at $300,000+, dependent on experience
• Mix of days/evenings with 1-2 overnights and 4 weekend days per month
• Overlapping 8-9 hour shifts

• BE/BC Emergency Medicine
• Current license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Salary

• - Salary Range: $259,883.61-$415,813.77
• - Salary Range Details The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
