Job description

Orchard Park Family Practice is a private medical practice seeking a Full-Time Physician to join our growing team in Orchard Park, NY. To work collaboratively as a licensed and credentialed clinician with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients.

We have been awarded recognition at the highest level by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for Physician Practice Connections-Patient Centered Medical Home. Our team includes four dedicated board-certified physicians and eight highly trained mid-levels as well as registered nurses, and other medical professionals.

• Opportunity to practice full-spectrum Family Medicine (without OB) including newborns and perform basic family medicine minor outpatient procedures.
• Working days per week is 4 days and 1 administrative day
• Clinicians see an average of 85 patients per week
• On-call requirements will be shared on an equal and rotating basis including evening call, shared weekend and holidays. Additional call may be added with mutual agreement. Call will be exclusive of vacation coverage and medical / maternity coverage.
