The Opportunity

We're seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our expanding team in Tampa (Hillsborough), FL. This is an outpatient-only role focused on quality, continuity, and compassion.

Schedule: Monday-Friday rotating hours, and one Saturday every 6 weeks.

Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine).

• Emphasize prevention, screenings, and health education.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team and referral network.
• Document care efficiently using electronic health records (EHR).

Required Education

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Current, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible).
• Current State DEA Certificate.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous medical education and staying current with advancements in family medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a value-based or managed care setting is a plus.

Languages

• Advanced English required.
• Spanish preferred.
