American Academy of Family Physicians is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ and Maricopa County locations. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements, focused on comprehensive adult care and collaborative, patient-centered service.

You will diagnose, treat, and prevent a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing prevention, health education, and wellness.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and therapies.
