• Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (8A-4P or 9A-5P)
• Start Date : September 2025

• Patients Per day : Average of 20 per day
• Support Staff : Advanced practice providers and Medical Assistants
• Credentialing Time Frame : 30 days
• Licensing Requirements : Must have TX medical license or be in process an issued by July 2025
• Board Certification : American Board Certified or Board Eligible required (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
• Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates? : No
• Compensation : Guaranteed Base Salary + bonus based on performance
