Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum tenens assignment in the Saint Cloud, Minnesota area, at a VA clinic serving adult veterans.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with about 12 patients per day. Candidates must hold an unrestricted US license and ACLS/BLS certifications, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Credentialing is typically completed within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license to practice medicine in the United States.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA).
• Board certification or board eligibility in internal medicine or family practice (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult veterans.
• See approximately 12 patients per day.
• Work Mon-Fri from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Credentialing timeframe around 60 days.

This facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Patients per day: 12.
• Practice Setting: Veteran Affairs Clinic.
• Scope: 100% Adult Veterans.
• Any Unrestricted State License.
• Certifications required: Provider must have an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Provider must also be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days.
