6 Degrees Search is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician in Pittsburgh, PA, offering a compensation range of $200K–$220K per year with a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance is offered. Workweek is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with one evening shift.

The position focuses on patient-centered care in a community health center setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective medical services across the lifespan.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
• Proficiency in bilingual Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Perform complete physical exams and preventative care services
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging (including X-rays, CTs, MRIs as appropriate)
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed
• Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Provide follow-up care and patient education to individuals and families
• Collaborate with behavioral health and other clinical teams to support integrated care
• Supervise and coordinate activities of clinical support staff as needed
• Participate in community health education initiatives
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies within the clinical setting

• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations

• Proficiency in bilingual Spanish and English is required
