Software Placement Group (SPG) in Owings Mills, MD seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an immediate outpatient opening. The role operates at full capacity with an active waitlist and includes a fully equipped on-site clinical pod and strong support for long-term panel growth.

You will provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in after-hours coverage while focusing on prevention and patient education.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active Maryland medical license or eligible for credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients on-site in a dedicated clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a multidisciplinary team and administrative support.
• Share after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation per standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with prevention, wellness, and education.

Overview

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing outpatient practice in Owings Mills, MD. This is an immediate new-seat opportunity at a location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist, offering a fully equipped clinical pod and strong support for long-term panel growth and professional success.

What you'll do

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or active license eligible for immediate credentialing)
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness
