Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Owings Mills, MD, outpatient practice. You will start immediately in a full-time, on-site role with a waitlist of patients and a dedicated clinical pod for seamless panel growth.

Compensation starts at $250,000 annually, rising to $300,000 with a full patient panel. You’ll work with a team of specialists, coordinators, and health coaches, enjoying comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or license eligible for credentialing).
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long‑term patient relationships with prevention, wellness, and education.

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement to join its growing team in Owings Mills, MD.

This opening represents an immediate new seat opportunity at a practice location currently operating at full patient capacity with an active waitlist. With a dedicated, fully equipped clinical pod ready on-site, the incoming physician will step into an ideal environment designed for seamless panel growth and long-term professional success.
