Job summary

Huron Valley PACE is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver compassionate, high-quality primary care for older adults, helping them maintain independence and thrive in their communities.

As a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will collaborate to develop personalized care plans, improve quality of life, and make a lasting impact on participant well‑being in Monroe, Michigan. Exempt, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to older adults.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop personalized care plans.
• Aim to improve participants' quality of life and independence through comprehensive care.
