Green Key Resources LLC seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care focusing on preventive health and chronic disease management. You will manage a patient panel, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Role requires MD/DO, board certification in IM/FM/Geriatrics, and active medical licensure; travel locally for training and recruiting may be involved. Onsite work Monday–Friday with no weekends.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is mandatory.
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one within the required timeframe.
• Current DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances.
• BLS certification within first 90 days.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Current DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse patient needs.
• Willingness to travel locally for training and occasionally for recruiting purposes.
