This full-time, on-site Primary Care Physician role is based in Gahanna, OH and supports the Community Primary Care practice. The physician provides comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care for a diverse patient population. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals to specialists.
