HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician for a permanent outpatient role at a Federally Qualified Health Center serving West Texas. The physician will provide relationship-based care within an integrated medical, dental, and behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and coordinating care with an APP/physician team; TX license and DEA registration are required or eligible.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or primary care.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults and families.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions; perform preventive care.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up; maintain EHR documentation.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve access to care.

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician for a permanent opportunity with a Federally Qualified Health Center serving the Davis Mountains and surrounding West Texas communities.

This position offers the opportunity to practice relationship-based medicine within an integrated community health environment providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Physicians interested in rural health, continuity of care, teaching, and improving access for underserved populations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care appropriate to training
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive examinations and health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Coordinate referrals and specialty services
• Educate patients regarding disease prevention and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, behavioral health clinicians, dental providers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Participate in quality-improvement and population-health initiatives
• Support the organization's mission of reducing barriers to healthcare

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or another applicable primary care specialty
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive, community-based care
• Experienced physicians and graduating residents are encouraged to apply
