HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a permanent outpatient position with a Federally Qualified Health Center in West Texas. The role emphasizes accessible, evidence-based primary care within an integrated clinic setting with diverse patient populations.

You will collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, dental professionals, and support staff across multiple regional clinics, delivering preventive and chronic care while maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited nurse-practitioner program.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Texas APRN licensure or eligibility.
• Prescriptive authority and DEA eligibility when applicable.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to community health and underserved populations.
• Experienced and newly graduated FNPs may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
• Conduct histories, physical examinations, and preventive screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications within applicable scope and regulations.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding wellness and disease management.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinicians.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality and population-health initiatives.

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a permanent outpatient opportunity with a community-focused Federally Qualified Health Center in West Texas.

The FNP will provide accessible, evidence-based primary care while working with physicians, physician assistants, behavioral health clinicians, dental professionals, and experienced support staff.
