Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Dignity Health Medical Group – Ventura County is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join an established practice in Ventura County, including Camarillo, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $280,000–$300,000 with productivity incentives, sign-on up to $125k, relocation up to $20k, PSLF eligibility, loan

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Active or eligible license in the state of California.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in Ventura County.
• Build lasting patient relationships and promote health and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within Dignity Health Medical Group – Ventura County.

As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join an established and respected practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care throughout the Ventura County community.

You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to patients, fostering lasting relationships within our diverse community. You will be instrumental in promoting health and wellness, building trust within the community, and ensuring accessible healthcare for everyone.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with a dedication to delivering patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to serving a diverse population within a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are offering afinancially robust compensation packagedesigned to reward your expertise, featuring an annual salary range of$280,000 - $300,000 with additional productivity incentives. Receive significant support with asign-on bonus up to $125kandrelocation assistance up to $20k, alongside flexible scheduling and light, shared call. For eligible new hires, we provide access toPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF),up to $100k in student loan repayment, and aresident stipend up to $24k.
