This position offers a financially robust package including base salary $300,000–$315,000 with productivity incentives, sign-on up to $125k, relocation up to $20k, PSLF access, loan repayment up to $100k, CME opportunities, 100% employer-paid

Qualifications

As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine), you will join an established and respected practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care throughout the Ventura County community.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician with a dedication to delivering patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to serving a diverse population within a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are offering a financially robust compensation package designed to reward your expertise, featuring an annual salary range of $300,000 - $315,000 with additional productivity incentives. Receive significant support with a sign-on bonus up to $125k and relocation assistance up to $20k, alongside flexible scheduling and light, shared call. For eligible new hires, we provide access to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), up to $100k in student loan repayment, and a resident stipend up to $24k. Job Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
