Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care Physician to oversee and manage primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, ensuring residents' overall health and well-being. You will have a dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support you, working collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), managing their medical needs.
2. Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
3. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee ongoing medical conditions.
4. Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
5. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
6. Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists for comprehensive care.

Requirements

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and mentor NPs and PAs.
