Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 35–45 patients, typically ≤10 per day.
• Provide medical care for acute illness, injury, follow‑up, and ongoing primary care.
• Conduct clinics and complete annual and interval medical assessments.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Document patient care in the electronic health record.
• Provide on‑call coverage every 6th weekday (5:00 PM–8:00 AM) and one weekend every 6 weeks.
• Respond to most on‑call needs by phone, with rare return to campus as needed.
• Perform weekend/holiday infirmary rounds and evaluate acute illnesses or injuries.
