Job summary

Optum NV is seeking final-year Family or Internal Medicine Residents for the Physician Pathways Program, a paid mentorship to jump‑start your clinical career. You’ll join the Optum Care Delivery team, gain exposure to a value‑based care model, and learn from experienced physicians guiding your transition from training to practice.

The customized program can be completed virtually with just a few hours per month; out‑of‑state applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Desire to practice outpatient care in Nevada.

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O.
• PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family or Internal Medicine Residency.
• Desire to practice outpatient care in Nevada.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
