Job summary

OptumCare is seeking a PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine resident (or fellow) to join our Primary Care Pathway Program. This temporary role runs through the final year of residency with potential for a full-time position after graduation.

The program educates and prepares physicians for next-generation population health in a team-based setting, with options at New West facilities or virtual, requiring only a few hours per month commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into their 3rd year of residency or early into their 3rd year or completing a fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Educate and prepare physician for next generation population health models in a team-based setting.
• Complete Pathway Program at New West facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary care.
