Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for an outpatient-only primary care role in Boston, MA. The provider will see patients ages 14 and up, with a mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly. Administrative time can be completed remotely, supporting a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain.
• NCCPA Certification.
• Minimum of two years of primary care experience, or one year of urgent care plus one year of primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only practice providing wellness visits, preventive care and same-day sick visits.
• Manage an average of 16–18 patients per day.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $145,400 – $154,500 annually
