Job summary

WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, NC seeks a Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care under supervision. Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (with valid nursing licensure) required.
• DEA license required.
• Basic Life Support required within 6 months of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant; or Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care under supervision.
• Complete referrals, consults, daily rounds, and discharge summaries.
• Document progress with daily notes and clinic notes.
• Perform procedures and prescribing as per scope.
• Educate PA/NP/CNM students and collaborate with the care team.
