Management Performance Associates is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in Woodland, CA. This outpatient role emphasizes comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-based environment.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited PA program, holds or is eligible for a CA license, and is NCCPA-certified. New graduates are welcome to apply. Salary ranges from $145,000 to $190,000 with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible state CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• New Graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
