6 Degrees Search is seeking a Physician Assistant for a Primary Care practice in Woodland, CA. The role focuses on comprehensive patient care in a team-oriented outpatient setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000–$190,000 with a full-time outpatient schedule, predictable hours, and a supportive clinical team. Candidates must be CA-licensed and NCCPA-certified; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible state CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.
• New Graduates will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.
