Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in Woodland, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.

You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, perform physical exams, manage acute and chronic conditions, order tests, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians. New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care/Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Urgent Care experience preferred.
• New Graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team.
