ProHealth Physicians, part of Optum, in Kensington, Connecticut, seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our Adult Medicine team for outpatient care. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment, no inpatient duties, and no on-call responsibilities, with a diverse patient population and bilingual English/Spanish capability preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults in a collaborative team.
• Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team for high-quality patient outcomes.
