Job summary

Mercy seeks a Primary Care Nurse to work under the primary care operations team, partnering with providers and the care team to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care. You will help drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.

The role requires RN licensure in the hiring state (or compact) and expected BLS, with additional certifications as needed for unit requirements. Strong teamwork and adherence to Mercy standards are essential.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN licensure in hiring state or compact licensure required.
  • BLS certification and other position/unit certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, patient-centered care in a primary care setting.
  • Collaborate with patients, providers, and care team to improve quality outcomes.
  • Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards and mission.
