Lake Regional Health System in Lebanon, MO is seeking an RN/LPN or CMA/RMA/CCMA to support physicians and nurse practitioners in assessments, treatments, testing and education. Strong multitasking and attention to detail are essential. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license, LPN license, CMA, RMA or CCMA credentials required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Provides safe therapeutic care following the plan of care.
• Patient assessments performed accurately and timely.
• Organizes and coordinates patient care based on assessment and outcomes.
• Safely implement the plan of care directly or by delegation.
• Evaluates the plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Communicates findings with patients, families and health team both in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrates professional practice of nursing team members.
• Engages in basic patient education focusing on psychosocial and physiological needs.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
