Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Outpatient Practice in Stockbridge, GA. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities spanning direct patient care, care coordination, and collaboration with IM providers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of PA/NP experience, a master’s or bachelor’s from an accredited PA program with National Board Certification, or GA NP licensure with national certification.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Masters or Bachelors degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification.
• Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by the State of Georgia with National Certification.

• Emphasize health promotion as well as acute and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physician's ability to provide medical services to patients.
