Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care Outpatient team. The role is full time, Monday through Friday, with a focus on health promotion and comprehensive disease management.

The APP will augment physician capacity, deliver direct patient care, document data, order labs, and collaborate with multiple IM providers to support the PCP patient panel. qualified candidates have at least 2 years of PA or NP experience, with a Master’s or BSN pathway and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program; National Board Certification.

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our Outpatient Practice. The position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Emphasize health promotion as well as acute and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physician's ability to provide medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.
• The APP will work collaboratively with multiple IM providers in the care of the PCPs patient panel.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years' experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

Masters, Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification
