Job Description

Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at our outpatient practice. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Focus on health promotion, as well as acute and chronic disease management.
• Support physicians in delivering medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order laboratory studies and consultations, and provide direct patient care.
• Collaborate with multiple IM providers in managing the patient panel.

Qualifications
