Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site care in long-term care facilities in Roswell, NM.

This full-time position offers meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative team environment, with a schedule of four days per week. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, develop care plans, and educate residents and families while collaborating with facility staff and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in NM.
• State-specific license in good standing in New Mexico.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.
