The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA/Physician license with at least 6 months in long-term care, strong communication and clinical skills, and a passion for elder care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• State license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long‑term care.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person‑centered healthcare.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on your feet up to 6‑8 hours per day.

Responsibilities
